Sexton Shores is previously known as the "Million Dollar View". This is a family and pet- friendly home. Take in the 180-degree view of the ocean from anywhere on the wrap-around deck, living, dining, master bedroom, and kitchen. Oceanside is floor-to-ceiling glass with vaulted wood ceilings. This house is uniquely set right on the bluff. You can't get any closer to the beach and ocean! Watch mama seals tend to babies on the rocks or view extensive wildlife. Enjoy watching the ocean tides from this cozy home and spacious patio.

There's a private road with no traffic that leads to the cul-de-sac where the home is located at the end. Two houses down is a private staircase that will lead you to a secluded cove along the coast. Larger south side yard has an open, manicured yard for games and relaxation. Nicely landscaped yard and massive trees enhance the ocean views.

The open floor plan offers easy traffic flow for guests and comfortable seating for 10-12 in the spacious living room. The dining room has a table for 6 people which extends to comfortably seat 8. Recently painted exterior and updated decor. Original vaulted wood ceiling in living & dining room. The kitchen is stocked for 12; with extra serving plates, bowls, glasses, and extensive cookware. Completely furnished for cooking meals or snacks.

Wake up to see the ocean from the primary bedroom with a king bed. Walk-in closet and attached full bath with both tub and separate shower. The second bedroom is spacious and easily accommodates a king bed and a fold-out couch (queen) with access to the side yard with a private sliding glass door. The third bedroom has a queen mattress and attached half bathroom, this room also has a private sliding glass door with access to the larger main yard to take in the ocean views on a small attached patio section. This room has the private half bath attached. Second full bath is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms, closest to the garage entry. This bathroom has a walk-in shower with 4 shower heads.

Walking through the updated garage, there is the attached laundry room with a newer washer, dryer and small utility sink. The garage offers a second fridge/feezer, BBQ, beach chair storage and garage parking for your car if you desire. This home offers a large and long drive for easy parking, resurfaced end of 2023.
