The suite 303 also features a ceiling fan, stylish décor, games for couples, and a 55-inch Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Orlando.

• Modern, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Enjoy a spacious rainfall shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, an LED-lit mirror, a hair dryer, and soft towels. You’ll also find extra toilet paper, a first-aid kit, sunscreen, cotton swabs, floss picks, and other personal care items for added convenience.

Guests will have full access to the suite 303, as well as the private entrance area, which is exclusively for their use.
PLEASE NOTE THE SUITE 303 IS LOCATED IN AN ANNEX ATTACHED TO THE MAIN HOUSE, ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. ALTHOUGH IT IS PART OF THE MAIN RESIDENCE, THE SUITE HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE ENTRANCE, OFFERING PRIVACY, COMFORT, AND INDEPENDENCE THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY.
PARKING: One complimentary parking space is provided exclusively for the Suite 303 guests. The designated parking space is located on the left side of the property, directly in front of the suite’s private entrance. Commercial trucks, trailers, RVs, and oversized recreational vehicles are not permitted without prior approval from the host.
REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: For the safety, security, and comfort of everyone on the property, visitors and unregistered guests are not permitted at any time without prior approval from the host. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and may result in additional charges, penalties for rule violations, and liability for any damages caused to the property.

Our hosting team is committed to providing prompt support throughout your stay. Both hosts and co-hosts are informed and available to assist with any questions, concerns, or needs that may arise, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
CHECK-IN:
You will receive basic instructions once your reservation has been confirmed, and we will send you a message with the door access code on the day of your arrival.
You may check in anytime after 3:00 PM and as late as you wish, as the property offers self-check-in through a secure PIN code.
Early check-in may be available depending on our cleaning schedule and whether the property is ready after the previous guests have checked out. If you would like to check in before 3:00 PM, please contact us the day before your arrival to verify availability. If approved, an additional $25 fee will apply.
CHECK-OUT:
Self check-out is available. You will receive all check-out instructions in your welcome message after completing your reservation. Please follow these instructions carefully.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are not permitted, as we need sufficient time to prepare Suite 303 for incoming guests.
Please note that a $200 fee may be charged for unauthorized late check-outs.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS:
Depending on the length of your stay, we will provide additional bed linens, towels, and toilet paper as needed.
PARKING:
You may park on the left side of the property, directly in front of the two white fence doors. One parking space is provided for your vehicle.
Parking on the right side of the property, in front of the home’s black front door, is always reserved and is not available for guests.
THE PROPERTY:
This property is a family residence, and the suite 303 is located on the left side of the property. Guests will enjoy a private entrance and an exclusive space for their use, offering a comfortable, private, and independent stay.
