The Space:

Soft morning light pours through the windows as you step onto the back patio, the gentle hum of the gated community greeting you. After a day of Disney magic or a splash at a nearby water park, you can unwind on the patio and hear the faint splash of the community pool just beyond. The calm pathways and quiet golf‑cart crossings invite a relaxed stroll before you settle back into the spacious living area for a night of easy downtime.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably sleep up to seven guests. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, the second bedroom a queen bed, and the third bedroom a bunk bed paired with a full bed, providing flexible space for families or groups. Two full bathrooms and a half bath ensure convenience throughout your stay.



Outdoor living

Step from the back patio directly to the community pool, a perfect spot for a quick dip or a leisurely lounge between outings. The gated community’s shared facilities include additional poolside seating and walkable paths that wind through landscaped gardens and nearby golf courses.



Kitchen & dining

A large kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances invites you to prepare meals at your own pace. Adjacent indoor and outdoor dining areas give you room for shared breakfasts before heading to Disney, just four miles away, or relaxed dinners after exploring Universal or SeaWorld. A spacious dining table and ample counter space make gathering around food effortless.



Comfort and convenience

The living area is arranged for group time, with a TV for winding down after a full day of adventure. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable year‑round, while bathroom essentials and a free washer‑dryer add practical ease. Wifi and a dedicated workspace let you stay connected or catch up on a few emails.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles.



A car is recommended to explore Orlando and Kissimmee attractions. Reunion is near major highways (I-4), providing quick access to Disney, Universal Studios, and Orlando International Airport.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
