The Space:

Our three-bedroom townhomes at Vista Cay Orlando are designed to feel just like home. With fully-equipped kitchens and generous space, you'll have a cozy, comfortable base for your Orlando adventures. We've thought of everything for your convenience:



- First Floor: A spacious bedroom with its own private bathroom.

- Second Floor: The main living area, kitchen, and a convenient half bathroom.

- Third Floor: Two additional suites, each with its own private bathroom.



It's truly like having your own house, making for a fun and easy stay!



Guest Access:

Your gate code provides access to the resort community, and your personal door code allows secure entry into the house itself.



The Neighborhood:

At Vista Cay Orlando, you'll find an exceptional array of amenities designed for every guest!



Our main Clubhouse is open 24 hours a day and features a large swimming pool, kiddie pool, spa, Tiki Bar, game area, and a brand-new Kids' Aqua Park. You'll also find a gift shop, business center, and concierge services here.



Throughout the resort, enjoy two additional large swimming pools, two poolside bars, and two inviting fire pits. Stay active at the Fitness Center, Sports Court, or on the two-mile jogging trail along the lake. Kids will love the Kids' Splash Pad at The Reserve and the playground. For outdoor dining, you can find BBQ grills and picnic tables.



For your peace of mind, Vista Cay is a gated resort with 24-hour on-site security and security cameras. Vista Cay also offer a Sundries shop, complimentary parking, and daily trash pickup.

You'll even be directly across the street from the brand-new Epic Universe! Plus, we're only a few minutes from International Drive, with its fantastic attractions, restaurants, and shops.



Other Things to Note:

- Guests are required to sign the short-term agreement, provide a valid identification and a credit card for the security deposit for this property.



- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.



- No Pets Allowed: For health and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets of any kind, including service animals.



- The Air Conditioning is designed to operate exclusively in cooling mode (cool). The heat mode is disabled, and selecting it may cause the system to shut down and require professional maintenance.



- To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, parties and events are not permitted; any breach of this condition will lead to the cancellation of your reservation.
