This home is the perfect spot to relax or extend your fun after a full day theme park visit, golfing or shopping. Just kick back and enjoy your own private oasis!

The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV 65" 4K, relaxing in front of the electric fireplace or cooking up some delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen.

Also in the first floor, our Guests are free to use washer and dryer in the laundry room equipped with iron and board.

You will be able to unwind in your own private screened pool and lanai and show everyone the talented chef you are by cooking poolside in our gas BBQ grill (optional / add-on service).

On the second floor you'll find a loft for the whole family to hang out, catch a game or just chill! Or better yet, catch a movie in the lounge area equipped with big screen 65" 4K TV and Mini Fridge.


Located in Kissimmee, less than 8 miles from Disney park complex and with easy access to all Orlando area attractions, restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses!

The property has central air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi and, cable TV. There is a laundry room, washer and dryer with ironing facilities,.A pack and play and a high chair can be provided upon request (no charge for 1st set). In front of the property is a driveway for parking besides ample parking adjacent to house, inside gated community.

Pool Heating Fee: $35 per day. Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance.

GRILL / BBQ Use: $95. Includes cleaning and 1 full propane tank.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door.

GARAGE: There is no garage parking available. Driveway parking available. Ample parking adjacent to house, inside gated community.

DISCLAIMER: Home is equipped with Exterior ONLY surveillance devices that capture and record audio + video. NO surveillance device present inside home or inside pool / lanai areas.

Check out: 10 am.
