This rental is located in the perfect area, with shopping, etc. 5 - 10 minutes away. We stayed in the same development last year in a larger home, but wanted something a little smaller this year. The rental is clean and looks just like the photos. We had some minor hick-ups, but the owners were very responsive. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Property was exactly as listed. House was clean and well maintained. The Pirate room was hotter than average but they had a fan in the room. My only complaint was the maintenance person coming inside the house unannounced and was very rude. The owner called and apologized after I sent an email stating he was not authorized by her to enter without her informing me first. It still was very inappropriate. Overall it was a great experience and I definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Magical Vacation

Great house, great location, not so great management. Poor communication, completely unstocked. No house instructions. We had to buy salt and pepper. Delayed our check in by an hour. All that said, we did have a great week. Loved the amenities!

Orlando fun

Great location to disney parks, and great set up of house with lots of room. Travelled with three couples, two kids, and another adult and had plenty of room!Check in was easy, and the resort pool is directly across the street, which was so convenient. Pool in background was nice size, and super convenient for early morning and late night swims.

Great location

This house is in a great location for all of the major theme parks, it’s 12 minutes from Disney/Universal and is only two left turns from them both. The house was great and the owner was very responsive. The water park, lazy river, and cabana bar on property are a huge bonus too.

Wonderful Stay for the Whole Family

We really enjoyed our stay at Sprinkles of Magic! The house was great - very open and spacious. We loved the Disney touches throughout, too. Everything was smooth - we had asked for the pool to be heated and it was. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and everything you need to cook meals. The proximity to the clubhouse was a HUGE perk with little kids, and the clubhouse itself was really fun for everyone! My husband is in a manual wheelchair, so we were a little nervous about the accessibility, but it all worked out great! There is a single step into the house, but we were able to easily navigate it in and out (my 10 year old son could even help him bump up and down the step). The first floor bedroom and bathroom were accessible, as well (we brought our own shower chair for the tub/shower). We had a couple minor questions, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The location to groceries and parks and anything you need is perfect. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Overall great stay

Place was clean and set up as we expected. Had some technical issues which were resolved quickly. Our main downside was that the hot tub was not “hot” and was the same temperature as the pool. Not a huge deal. Overall great experience.

Perfect for large groups!

Beautiful home, across the street from the community pool. Easy access to Disney World, outlets, etc. Traveled with 12 adults and never felt crowded. The beds were comfortable.

Great Volley Team Stay!!

We were in town for the Wave 1 Boys 2024 Volleyball Nationals and had a great time at the hoise. The location is very convenient if you have a car and all the amenities in the house and stound (the park) were a plus. Would definitely stay here again next year!!

The resort is Peaceful. There were 15 of us, the house was very roomy with plenty of bathrooms. The only issue is with kids, the house is not very soundproof. LOL Other things you will need to know. You will need to bring dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, Launry soap. As far as cookware most was there. They just didn't have any pizza pans or cookie sheets so I purchased 3 pizza pans and it worked for both cookies and pizzas and we left them behind for the next renters. We left all cooking seasonings behind as well for next renters. Good place to stay for your money. will rent again from them.

Incredible location & excellent customer service

We have just returned from 2 weeks in this lovely home. Our group comprised of 4 adults, 2 pre-schoolers & a 2-month old baby. - 10/10 LOCATION - literally perfect for a theme park based holiday. Storey Lake is one of the closest resorts to Universal & Sea world as well as Disney, and the villa’s location within the resort is also PERFECT. So close to the entrance so you don’t have a long drive in, and also right opposite the resort hub with the swimming pool, lazy river, gym etc. - 10/10 COMMUNICATION/ CUSTOMER SERVICE - we did have a few issues but the host is so easy to contact and communicate with, replies to messages straight away and resolved any problems we had as soon as possible. - 10/10 PROPERTY ITSELF - Lovely sized rooms and a great bathroom to bedroom ratio. The garage play room is great for kids. The pool area is lovely with the added bonus of the hot tub. The downstairs layout with open plan kitchen area and living room is perfect for socialising while cooking dinner etc. We would definitely love to stay here again! Thank you.

Beautiful house with ample room for extended family. Right across st from community water park which is so convenient. House had its own pool which kids enjoyed thoroughly. Wonderful

Our family recently spent 2 fantastic weeks at Sprinkles of Magic. The property was spotless, including things like light fixtures, baseboards and windows. Communication was optimal, they make us feel like guests in their own home. There are plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and amenities. The pool is maintained and was enjoyed by all. We would love to stay even longer, we feel so right at home.

Absolutely great place to stay!!!

Absolutely great place to stay for large families or if you have a group of friends! With 7 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms everyone in our group was able to spread out and relax in their own spaces. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Bonus the pool and hot tub was heated at no additional charge! Plus with a short walk across the street we had access to all club house features! Again great place to stay we will definitely stay at this location again!

Perfect Location!!

So to start, we've rented in Storey Lake for 6 years or so during our normal family trek down to Disney, Universal, etc. Of all the houses we have rented, this one was the best. Proximity to the clubhouse and pools was perfect (right across the street!!), house was very welcoming (had some amenities already there for your first day), and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Has a grill in the back as well which was a feature that the others didn't have. Would 100% stay here again. Like I said, this was the best one we've stayed at in Storey Lake for a number of reasons.
