The home itself was nice and location was great. Lots of space and it was relatively well cleaned except the downstairs master bathtub. The host was communicative until after the fact. When we arrived at 1am on the second night (as we told the host would be the case), the code that was in the welcome email through VRBO was not working (yes, I have a video to support this). Host did not respond until about 7am the next morning (I understand that people do not wake up in the middle of the night to respond...and I also have screen shots to support this). Pri apologized stating that the code should have been programmed by the property manager. As the trip went on, host stated that he had sent an email from his personal email with the correct code. While we had acknowledged the receipt of a welcome email, the assumption was that it was the welcome email from VRBO. The email from host personal email had the code used for other site's bookings and that code also was the one that he gave that morning that finally worked...after we had to sit in the car in the driveway all night with a crying 3 year old. In short, host decided that it was our fault for not checking our SPAM folder and stated such. When we kindly requested a full refund, we were told to "don't push it" because he was being nice by refunding 50% of that night. I don't recommend this host. If you are confident you are able to get in the home, book it. Location is fine and the home is okay. Host seems dishonest.
