You will have access to your own private pool and spa covered with a lanai to keep bugs out of your space. Floats/pool toys are not guaranteed and it is strongly recommended to bring your own if they are desired. Pool towels are available, separate from shower towels. Pool fence will be up on your arrival.
****VALID ID AND RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED:
A signed rental agreement and a valid driver’s license are required for registration at the security gate. To ensure a smooth and easy check-in, NAMES OF ALL GUESTS must be provided at least 24 hours before arrival. Security will only allow entry for those on the list, and anyone not submitted in advance will be turned away—it’s super important to get those names to us ahead of time.
POOL & SPA HEAT (86 degrees)
* It is an optional amenity for $35/night–highly recommended October through April
* In the winter, when the temperature goes below 60 degrees, pool heat pump may not reach the desired temperature and we will not be able to refund if added.
* Spa will not heat unless pool/spa heat is purchased
* We recommend ensuring pool reaches desired temperature before turning on the spa.
* Pool cleanings are scheduled every week–you might see our pool staff during your stay

STARTER SUPPLIES:
For your convenience, we provide a STARTER KIT of soaps, washer pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and sponge.
Additional supplies can be purchased at Publix, the nearest grocery store just a 5 minute drive away (1200 Champions Dr. Davenport. FL, 33897).
Instacart and Amazon Fresh can also deliver groceries and other supplies to your doorstep!
DAILY TRASH PICKUP
* Trash is picked up daily.
* Trash is to be placed in the brown bin (looks like a bench) placed by the entry door each morning.
* All trash needs to be in a sealed garbage bag
SECURITY AND SAFETY

* For property and guest security, we have external cameras at premises (door entrance as well as the sides of the home).

USPS does NOT deliver mail on the property. Only UPS and FEDEX will deliver to the home.
