***FAQ***

WHO CAN STAY:
-Guest booking must be 25+
-Can host up to 14 guests. Note: theme rooms are twin and full size beds. No adults allowed on top bunk
-No pets allowed

PARKING:
-Up to 4 vehicles allowed; driveway can fit 2 cars max. Street parking available on designated area.
-RVs are not allowed in the community

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
-Early check in / Late Check out is $75 depending on availability. Our cleaner needs adequate time to properly clean and disinfect each turn and therefore it is often difficult for us to make these accommodations but we will try our best if possible

POOL
-We have a fence around the pool for child safety.
-We have a door alarm which will go off unless the bypass button is pressed. This is to alert parents if children accidentally go outside unaccompanied
-We have weekly pool service and an automated chlorine system to maintain water chemistry.
-Pool can be heated up to 90F by request for $25/day for entire duration of stay
-We cannot guarantee pool heat temperatures due to weather conditions. The heater auto turns off if weather is below 60F.
-NO lifeguard in the private pool. Please supervise all children and use at your own risk
-Despite our best attempts with a screened in pool it is impossible to prevent every silly little bug who tries to take a swim in the pool...and fail.

SMOKING/DRUGS
-Not allowed
-Extra cleaning charge and air purification fee will be $500 if there is smoke in the house

PESTS and BUGS
-We subscribe to monthly pest control
-One of the BEST defense is to not leave doors wide open and invite insects into the air-conditioned interior.

SECURITY CAMERA
-We have a ring doorbell camera.
-We also have a ring camera facing the driveway and the outdoor HVAC equipment.
-Ring doorbells are activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time
-We do not have the time nor the interest in routinely monitoring the camera. Guests should not rely solely on this camera for security as it is not routinely monitored. Please continue to practice common sense safety actions such as closing and locking doors.
-There are no cameras inside the house, in any private areas, or pointing at swimming pool

REFUNDS
-You will be asked to leave early with no refunds if parties are held or unauthorized pets are snuck in
-Hurricane season is June 1st to November 30th in Florida. According to platform rules - please consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself. Only mandatory city evacuations qualify for refunds
