Room service food was subpar. The room service customer service was awful. I called to ask for extra utensils and was told to go get them myself at the market in the lobby. I insisted and was brought a set 15 minutes later. Something in our room were dusty, even after housekeeping stopped by. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, front desk staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms are spacious and comfortable

Good for the money

Rooms were clean and maintained. The lobby has a very strong fragrance which can cause issues to those with sensitivities. Front desk check took way too long and the lady helping us certainly acted annoyed with us and never smiled.
