Rooms smell like bad mop water and mildew. There were bugs crawling in the bed upon entering. Assumed bed bugs. Parking lot completely full. No where to park. Have to walk a block to drop car off to get back to hotel. Terrible.

Never write review but I booked this based on reviews so I’ll give my honest opinion :) My balcony room was very clean. I can’t complain about the stay as a whole. You’re not going to get a “Disney magic” vibe from this hotel but it’s in a great location, has a nice Mexican restaurant across street and a Walgreens very near, which was convenient. The ONLY THING that annoyed me was the fake advertisement of the pool area. Do not book this hotel if you want to chill day at the pool!! They have built a restaurant on the rooftop with an awning, and the tables/chairs for the restaurant takes up the whole area. The restaurant and hookah lounge is cool, and I respect that they are capitalizing on the food industry business; however, the pool as a chill day relaxation area is just not possible. No umbrellas, THREE pool loungers squeezed in between tables, and pool towels that can wrap around a 10 year old. The pool itself we didn’t even bother going in because there was brown dirt or something on the bottom. They claim they clean it daily, but I know what my eyes saw. We spent ten minutes up there and decided to pay for a day pass at an actual pool resort instead. If I am coming back to Orlando, I’ll probably spend the extra money to go to a resort hotel because that’s the experience I want, and chill by the adult pool. Overall I wouldn’t say avoid this hotel because it is nice, I just wouldn’t book it if you’re looking for a place with a nice pool to hang at.

staff was very friendly - rooms were comfortable. What I did not like was the smell - it was very strong due to the Indian restaurant on the premises and pictures of the pool are very misleading. There is really no room to set up a lounge chair. Pool could use a good wash down.

The property is not awful but my experience was not pleasant. I attempted to get an early check in but was told that my room was not ready. I was informed that because I chose a balcony room, it was going to be a little time before the room would be cleaned and ready. After 2 hours of sitting in the hotel parking lot and checking back on the room, it was finally the standard check in time. At that moment I was still told that my room was not ready and was offered another accommodation. I suggested that I would wait for the room that I booked and I wished to be compensated or accommodated in another way. As soon as I said that, miraculously a room was clean and available. I hate that some hotels go to any length and lie to customers just to get over. When I had a later conversation with the shift manager explaining that me and my family should receive compensation for our inconvenience, I was shunned off. I simple voucher for the coffee shop or restaurant would have been sufficient but nothing. Then after experiencing that, the water in the hotel was cold and it took maintenance an hour to come check it and the pool on the roof was dirty. This was only a quick overnight stay for me and my family but I would not recommend this hotel.

There was not nearly as much parking available. We had to park in a lot across from the hotel while the visitors at the Indian restaurant were valet parked in the hotel. Also, there’s no late checkout option. If you check out late, they’re will be an additional charge.
