POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $85/reservation with a tank of propane included.
Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.

* PARKING:
Parking is not allowed on the grass or the streets. You can park 2 cars on the driveway and 3 on the overflow parking area in across from the house. Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Features include an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. A private pool and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

Yes, pleasant to work with! Family enjoyed the house. I always wish access to the grill should be part of the amenities for cooking. It rained and was chilly so really didn’t enjoy the pool. Would book again!

Ultimate family rental. Large, roomy, a lot of showers with plenty of hot water to cater to 8 people. Resort access was excellent, and the pool was nice.

Love the place and had an amazing experience. Online it said handicap accessible but when we got there it was hard to get motorized scooter inside the house because of the step ups. Wish they had a portable ramp. Other then that the place is amazing

This house will not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful. Has everything you could possibly need. Close to all amenitues including Disney. Host is super accomodating. This house is a winner!!!
