Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel location was easily accessible to many things, and the convenience of having the ride-share location just outside the main lobby was really useful. We were very happy with the room and there was amble room for us (2A, 3C) and the two TV’s were also a nice touch as we stayed in the suite so when back in the room there was less arguing with what to watch. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Overall good property, the bar and pool area are the best things to point out, and their great-able staff. However, they do charge you separately $20 per day for parking and $10 per day for “destination fee” so whatever you feel you are saving, you may end up spending more after these addons. Nice place to stay. Close to Disney. I appreciate the shuttle the hotel provides to get to Disney. Was very convenient and saved time and money. My only complaint is that service at the cafeteria for breakfast wasn’t that great and the room carpet needs a cleaning as they felt sticky when I walked around in the room. Had to put on my slippers right away and couldn’t bear to walk barefoot. Not pleasant.

Me cobraron 3 veces los fees del hotel lo que es el parqueo y los servicios que cobran les reclame los cobros de más que me hicieron y todavía no tengo respuesta de nada las instalaciones están bien y el personal te trata bien pero hay que estarles pidiendo cosas básicas como el papel de baño y las toallas no limpian las habitaciones

Mixed feelings. The parking fee for just 3 days 2 nights was almost $100! There’s also a trick to the deposit at front desk, I felt conned and disappointed with Marriott bec I always use them - Here, they give you what appears to be a coupon… it’s not… they play on your psyche… its actually your own money on the coupon if you use it you are charged. Not only was I billed for using the coupon, it cost me more than the value of the snacks I picked up, plus I presented it at breakfast and was still charged full cost of breakfast as if I did not present the fictions coupon. Yeah I just confused you… just don’t take or use the “coupon” bec its going to cost you…I simply felt tricked. I need to call them but the overcharge was only $20 so I might not get to it and make them $20 richer on top of the exorbitant parking fee. I was on the side where my room faced the parking lot, and a small swimming pool for that side of the building was downstairs - very uneventful and dreary, I had to walk over to the large pool for music and excitement… once inside the room everything was ok. Bed very comfortable.

We were there for 4 nights and got the bed made 2 nights. That’s all Didn’t collect the garbage or anything else. When we arrived our ice bucket was filled with an old bag and standing water. When we checked in myself and the woman next to me had 2 front desk agents that seemed so clueless that we both wondered if we even had a room. Didn’t inform us or apologize or explain what was happening. Rude /attitude also. Just went to get a manager. Horrible check-in experience. The pool was nice and the room was ultimately what we needed. No full size mirror was my only complaint there. Shuttle service was ‘interesting’. I had good interactions with José and Otis. Compliments to them. Good location too.

The room we were given was dirty with construction and cleaning materials still inside the bathroom. The lighting in the room is very hard to find and you have to manual find the switch on the light fixture verses clicking the main buttons on the wall. The shower faucet are very low pressure. The toilet also was hard to flush.
