It had termite evidence on the bathroom walls. The vinyl floors were all cracked and coming up. The shower was so old and cauking all mildewy and the toilet was old, rusty and dirty!!!! NEVER stay there!!!!

This property is advertised as a smoke-free property. Immediately after walking into the room, there was a strong cigarette/tobacco odor. I informed the front desk about this issue. I was traveling with my 14 yr old who can’t be exposed to tobacco. I was informed by staff that there was nothing he could do. When I asked what would happen if I left, I was informed that I was past the free cancellation time frame. I had to book a different room at a different hotel. I contacted Expedia and they were able to convince the property that I would be refunded the value of the second night of my stay and would be provided $50 Expedia credit. I felt I had no choice. I would not book a room at this place if I could avoid it. Not only do they not deliver on what they advertise but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Terrible experience.

This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It had mold, smelled, roaches, the door needed weather strips and very dirty. I’ll never stay here again. They should close this place down. Unhealthy

Ugh

Place needs professional updates. It looks like person doing updates has had no training. Bed was comfy. The first room we were in the air conditioner started leaking in the room. So they moved us to the second floor ugh. Breakfast area was small and choices were very very limited. We will not come back to this hotel for our next competition.

Toilet was not in good condition. Mattress spring was broken one of the bed. Water flow in sink was dead slow to clear out. Bathroom exhaust wasnt effective . One light had a missing bulb , fixed after called the front office . Room service isnt available prior to 9am. If u need a coffee cup at 7am then u gotta wait till9am.
