You will love it here! A great two floor condo, the back area looks out to a conservation (you may see deer or endangered tortoises). Right across from the clubhouse! Pool, Spa, game room & fitness center. The master bedroom has an ensuite-private balcony overlooking the peaceful conservation woods area. The splash pool inside home is so very private. One downstairs bedroom and well stocked kitchen with all your essentials and the clubhouse is right across the street!
The space
Two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. It has two parking spaces at very front of condo for easy access. This condo features a modern design with an open kitchen facing living room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy small or large meals with family and get your vacation going with less errands!! :)The splash pool and patio area is perfect place to rest after a day at the parks.. Free cable on the downstairs living area TV.

Nice property, great location and very quick and easy drive to Disney / Universal. Communication before and during the stay was great, host was quick to respond and answer questions. The property needs some TLC however, the pool is stained and looks dirty as a result and the pool deck is overgrown with weeds coming between the paving slabs. Several things in the property didn’t work and had post-it notes taped to them and many of the dishes were dirty and needed to be cleaned again before use. Small things such as damaged blinds and a broken towel rail in one bathroom make the property feel unloved. Overall the property was modern and spacious for a family of 4 and the location is ideal. The clubhouse opposite was well kept with a huge pool, spa and games room however it’s only available from dawn until dusk. We would stay again but would recommend some love be put back in to make it extra special again.

Highly recommend this townhouse ,

Having a full exercise room (rower , 3 elipticals , 2 bikes etc), table tennis and heated out door pool 50 ft away was a nice plus House itself is in great shape with everythin required , good response from the owner , nice quiet neighbours etc overall a 5 star ,
