You can enter independently with the access codes that we will send you before your arrival.



Getting Around:

To make the most of your trip, we recommend having a car to travel to the main attractions and do some shopping.

If you don't have one, we can suggest renting a vehicle or using Uber to get around more easily.



Within the community you can enjoy pleasant walks to the different sectors, such as the pool and other common spaces, to continue moving and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.



On the other hand, be sure to check the schedules of each resort service.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Smoking is not allowed inside the property



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

It is not allowed to hold parties or events since we must respect the quiet times and rules of the resort.



Other Things to Note:

This property has some house rules, not complying with them may imply fines that will be added to your account. We will tell you little so that you take them into account:



- Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is admitted.

- If you want to check in after the established hours from 4pm to 9pm it will not be a problem. But you must confirm your arrival time so that an agent is waiting and assists you in everything you need regarding the check-in process.

-You can enter independently, through the smart lock

- In case you enter late at night after our hours (4pm to 9pm), without prior notice and confirmation from our team, no refunds or discounts prevail. The guest agrees to follow the check-in procedures.

- Unfortunately, the community doesn’t accept pets.

- It establishes a quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am, so no disturbing noise or parties are allowed.

- It is not allowed to smoke.

- It is not allowed to park in the green spaces or in any other space that is not intended for such use.

- Domestic garbage should be taken to the containers located in the surroundings.

- You can’t leave trash on the porch, courtyard or sidewalk, the community applies fines.

-The association doesn’t provide garbage collection service, you must deliver your regular garbage to the garbage compactor located near the house.

- The bed linen and towels must be in the same conditions with which you received them. Any damage to these will be added to your account.

-Forgotten items: When requesting the return of a forgotten item, its return has an administrative cost of $150 dollars, plus the corresponding shipping cost. This total amount must be paid in advance to proceed with the return of the object.

-Basic supplies available at the property are complimentary for the first days of your stay. It is recommended that you purchase everything necessary for your comfort.
