The property was nice and the hotel. They didn't offer cots which no big deal. The air conditioner had a thermostat on the wall and U could only adjust the temp. Can't make it run

Starting with the initial greeting from Amber, the G. M., she was extremely warm and accommodating, she is a consummate professional. Emanuel and Gabby were both very nice, professional and helpful as well. We really enjoyed our stay so much, that we are already planning a return trip to Orlando with our family and plan to stay at the Fairfield Inn again, everything was fantastic!

It was close universal park and lots of food near by. Has a pool and parking is free unlock other hotels. Breakfast wasn’t too bad considering it was also free. No complains here. Staff was quiet, everything was quiet. Definitely would come again
