Room not ready at 2:00pm when we arrived. Sat in waiting area for over an hour. At 3:00, three other guests were waited on before us, even though they arrived after us at 2:00. Given an upgrade to a handicap room by the elevator! The room number she gave us originally was no such room! Ended up going back down to get the right room number. Very upset with the checkin
