We enjoyed the pool and the food service by the pool and we enjoyed a decent breakfast. Please note there is only one shuttle bus to the theme parks at 8:40am and one at 11am each morning that fill up the day before so you must remember to reserve your spot the day before to get on the 8:40am bus. We did not know this our first day.

No insulation, it was so noisy it felt the cars were in the room. The AC is as loud as a plane, so i couldn’t sleep at all. Breakfast was okay but could have more variety. My room was not cleaned well, there was a sticky substance on the furniture

First 2 nights our room was cleaned but 3rd night it was not cleaned and we’re out of clean towels no housekeeper on the house we had to get towels from receptionist desk. We checked out today and another mistake they changed us $10 pool restaurant??? No idea what’s that for we’re at the parks all day for 3 days of our stay we have a pool in our house - Lauren at front desk said her mgr will investigate and will call me back … well should I have time to lie about a pitiful 10bucks ??????
