A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival.

Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 6 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund.

We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal.

There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.

Please note that our home does have exterior cameras.

We require a $1 security deposit hold that will be released the day after check-out.

This home is absolutely beautiful and each detail is thought out. The outdoor patio area we enjoyed each night and the mattress in the master bedroom is so comfortable! It is within walking distance to Old Town / Fun spot and made for a fun night without having to tackle traffic. We will visit again!
