The property is located next to the Club House.
This incredible resort style property can host up to six guests comfortably with it’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The guests have the option of explore the spacious clubhouse or gym and fitness area.
Villa Coelho’s first floor has a bright living room with a flat screen, high definition tv and the adjoining master suite comes with a king-sized bed and private bathroom complete. The multifunctional space is perfect for socializing with your friends and family as well as creating gourmet meals in the fully furnished kitchen. It’s decorated with granite countertops and contains stainless steel appliances like refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Included are a set of pots, dishes, assorted cutlery and glasses. There is a television in every bedroom and your guests will have access to the high-speed WI-FI internet as well.
The second-floor bedroom has one bedroom Mickey Mouse theme with king-sized bed and other bedroom Minions theme with two beds Full-sized and a Mickey Mouse theme for our younger guests.
Villa Coelho also had a laundry area with a full washing machine and dryer and, as always, your personal security is of top priority with Plenitude Villas. Entry into the property is granted with your personal code sent electronically via email and there are outdoor cameras and electronic locks on your door for complete piece of mind whether your having fun, or relaxing.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp.
Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.
HOUSEKEEPING:
All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.
FOOD:
Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.
GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:
Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below:
• Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am.
• There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable.
• There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable.
• Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable.
• Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty
• Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.

To avoid additional charges, we ask that you leave our homes in the same conditions as when you arrive.
