We had a room where the AC wasn’t working well. The staff offered us to another room , but it was already 10:00 in the evening and we didn’t feel like moving that late. (hindsight we should have). Older hotel with popcorn ceilings, it felt clean, and good walking distance to restaurants. I would go back but make sure the AC was working properly.

I spent money for a king suite and received a room with the 32 in tv with no welcoming when iusually receive the best at other Hampton Hotels. The people that work there are beyond rude and unwelcoming amd allow people to charge to tour room without permission just because theybknew my name.

Not bad for the price I was able to book my stay for. I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns, this was the worst. Building seemed a little outdated. There is an odd smell in the lobby that’s very overpowering and smells like industrial air freshener. There is a big metal handle in the shower that I couldn’t avoid hitting. The shower head wasn’t maneuverable. The bathroom sink was basically clogged. Besides that, my stay was fine but those things that I mentioned didn’t let me enjoy my stay.

Overall it was a fine place to stay. Thr highlight definitely was the included breakfast. The room was basic. My main complaint is that sheets, comforter and towels were all stained. Definitely clean but stained. Other complaint is that there was hair in the shower. Aside from that the room woukvr been great.

False advertising, says they have queen beds when in fact they are only doubles. Front counter confirmed that what they only have is double beds and king size beds. Two doubles or 1 king bed and couch. Those are the only options in this hotel. Requested 2 queen bed , hearing impaired room and rolling shower, which was advertised on Expedia. They have no room like that in the hotel at all.
