It smelled very clean inside upon entering and the staff greeted us immediately and was super directly, comforting and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast had many options and was great. Our needs were definitely meet.

I am writing to express my disappointment and humiliation following my recent stay at the Hampton Inn near Universal Blvd this past weekend. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standard I have come to expect from Hilton properties. During my stay, I encountered a significant issue with the toilet in my room, which overflowed and would not flush. When I approached the front desk to address the situation, I was shocked to be told by the two young ladies on duty to plunge the toilet myself. This response made me feel as if I were a janitor rather than a guest in a hotel. I then requested a different room, only to be further instructed to use the lobby restroom. Upon attempting to use the lobby bathroom, I was appalled to find it in a filthy condition, with waste and toilet paper scattered everywhere. This was particularly disheartening
