Smells good when you walk in, convenient store was an add on, the restaurant next door was a plus. The rooms are so nice, clean and comfy bed, bathrooms have plenty of towels. The staff was nice. Close to everywhere in idrive.

One of our favorite hotels. Beds and pillows are the most comfortable among all hotels we've tried. Slight hiccup during this stay was the fire alarm went off by accident. Staff was able to clear it in an acceptable amount of time

Every member of the staff I spoke to was great. The hotel is great, I'd definitely stay again. My only complaint was the shuttle service to universal, the pick up times were rarely accurate and we often waited until 9:30pm for our 9pm pickup reservation.

Easy check in, very friendly staff, and nice property. Quiet and a easy/quick walk to nearby restaurants or bars. Only thing is when we went to leave we waited like 10 minutes for the elevator to never show up. Was on the top floor (7th) and had to take the stairs down. Don’t really mind it but just an inconvenience and we were leaving around 7am so it wasn’t busy. Overall a good stay and easy access to I-drive entertainment.
