I don't know who has put together the management for this hotel but you might want to rethink it and start over. Chicken was a nightmare.The young lady was very rude.Not helpful in any way. Could not. Answer the simplest question. Spoke extremely fast. There were not enough handicap.Ped parking spots 42 narrow. Where? There should be handicap parking.There's valet parking We will never stay here again and we stay at some of the best hotels.We're past holders at these parks. We spent lots of money in hotels.This was a disappointment beautiful hotel, though.Don't get me wrong beautiful hotel. Customer service horrible.

I stayed at the Landy during my son’s spring break. We had a comfortable stay it was nice, quiet, and very cozy! The hotel staff was amazing with the slight inconvenience of not having hot water for the first day of our stay. I would recommend the landy and I would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay! The hotel is renovated and has plenty to do. I loved the pool and hot tub as well as the patio area downstairs. My room hwoever, did not have working air conditioning and had a clogged drain.

Construction around the area, but still able to get around, most of everything is walking distance. Staff friendly, easy check in & out. Would of liked the hotel store to be bigger and more in view of front lobby, ( was in the corner hiding) a bit small. Room was nice size, clean & comfortable bed. No microwave.
