This place and my stay were EXCEPTIONAL! From the amenities to the staff and service. The ENTIRE staff from the front desk to rooms service and maintenance were so friendly and warm. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious... and it had a washer/dryer in it which made it perfect for washing dirty clothes especially if you're on an extended stay and/or drying wet clothes from being in the pool and such. I have zero complaints! Not to mention the rates are very reasonable! You get a luxurious stay without breaking the bank! The breakfast was amazing, the staff was VERY helpful, and the rooms were top notch! I really can't believe my stay cost less than $100 for a night based on the value of the experience we got. My girls are already asking to come back. The location is perfect; the premises are stunning. This review is your confirmation to go ahead and book your stay here. We will DEFINITELY be back! It was just a really great experience overall.

It is a nice hotel with a sauna, jacuzzi, a nice swimming pool, and a lazy river. The breakfast is good. We stayed for five nights; they changed my towels, but they didn’t clean the room at all. The bed is not very comfortable and makes noise every time we move. The room is very noisy—we could hear people walking in the hallway and talking. Also, there is nowhere to hang wet clothes after swimming.

Front desk staff was super helpful. It’s a kids friendly hotel which offers a lot of activities for the kids and families. They offer luggage drop off after checkout which is super helpful for people who already checkout and still want to go somewhere else before leaving.
