The property interior was Extremely Dated! It is advertised as newly renovated and there is nothing new about this place. The bathrooms were unclean with hair in the sink and covered the drain. The shades were broken, the chairs were worn out, the A/C was out of order, and no shower liner in the shower. Also, the lighting in all of the rooms were extremely dim, and there was no exterior lighting at the entrance. The owner was very unprofessional. He was already aware of the non working A/C but did not inform me until after I paid in full and checked in. My family and I were out to dinner and received a text from the owner regarding the A/C, stating a technician was scheduled to come out to do scheduled maintenance and we do NOT need to be present. I advised the owner that I was not comfortable with that and asked if it was possible to schedule his maintenance between bookings as to not inconvenience his patrons. At that time, all communications from him ceased. My family and I returned from dinner to the property and vacated the premises approximately 30 minutes later after discovering the deplorable condition it was in. I immediately notified the owner that we had vacated the premises and requested a full refund. I have yet to receive a response.
