* Parking is not permitted on grass, playgrounds, or landscaped

* Double-parking or parking in a manner that creates a safety hazard
is not allowed.
* Commercial Vehicles, RV's, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are
not allowed at Champions Gate.
* Vehicles in disrepair or with expired registration may not be left
in the street or common areas.
