Yes to the staff. My only complaint is that I wish I had asked for a queen bed . We had a King and only one nightstand. We stayed with you last Month. Dec 3-10 . in Building 1100. We are planning a return visit in February around the middle of the month. I prefer the first floor.

We had a three bedroom suite which is adjoining rooms, they were super clean. the staff was wonderful the kids enjoyed the pool. it was a great staycation for us and my daughter enjoyed her 15th birthday with her friends.

Excellent value. We had two connecting units for a total of three bedrooms, three baths, two kitchens and two laundries. It was more than spacious for our family. The place is plain, not elegant, but it is clean and gets the job done.

*Please read whole review!” The original room they put us in was dirty, outdated, & not what was pictured, but when I called to the front desk they immediately moved us to a renovated unit that was BEAUTIFUL! I was so grateful that they moved us because the first unit would have GENUINELY ruined our stay. Once moved, the room was very nice, staff was very accommodating, everything clean & new BUT ! Please be aware that they sneak in a 300 DOLLAR DEPOSIT upon arrival ! Luckily we absolutely had it, but that definitely is not clear during booking & should be noted ! Even the hotel staff had a hard time finding the 300$ clause in the Expedia booking when checking in ! The new room was spacious, quiet & had everything we needed & brought requested items to the us.’Just be aware, and book the renovated rooms or else you absolutely WILL be disappointed.
