Designed with large families and groups in mind, the home features four generously sized bedrooms, including fun kid-friendly rooms decorated with Princess and Dinosaur themes. Every bedroom includes a Smart TV so everyone can unwind with Disney+, stream their favorites, or enjoy game time after a full day of adventure.

The home has been completely refreshed with fresh interior and exterior paint, updated bathrooms, and a modernized kitchen equipped with all-new appliances. The well-stocked kitchen is ready for cooking for a crowd, with ample counter space and everything needed for family meals, quick breakfasts before the parks, or relaxed dinners together.

Step outside to your screened-in private pool and lanai, where you’ll find plenty of seating for outdoor dining and lounging. The fenced backyard offers rare privacy, creating a peaceful setting to relax between park days. Guests have full, private access to the entire home and property during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, screened-in lanai, private pool, fully fenced backyard, outdoor shower, and private pool bathroom/changing room.

The home is located inside a gated community, and gate access instructions will be provided prior to arrival. The property is not shared with anyone else — you will have exclusive use of the home and outdoor spaces.

Please note that one small owner’s supply closet may be locked for storage purposes. All other areas are fully accessible for your comfort and enjoyment.
