The room was terrible , we only stay to sleep and that’s all, maybe they have good rooms but this one was dirty , roachs , bathtub with cigarette burn spots , we don’t even took shower there , was running water noise all night right at the door , furniture was broken, very bad condition.

Thank God we asked to look at the room before getting it. The smell hurts you before you can get to the door. The door was paper thin. If you stepped into the room you were destined to catch something! The worst. We went up th street to comfort inn.

Please do not go there we are back home in the Bahamas and sick from the Mold in that place shower leak sheets stains mold smell in the room , gym, dinning area , machines in gym do not work . They still have not sent my deposit back as yet and if i dont receive it i will post this on Face Book and Twitter i will not be taken advantage of . Pool needs to clean please do not go there if you dont ask for cleaning you will never get it or clean towels if you dont ask dont belive me then go see for yourself.

I was not given the room that was shown to me in the online advertising. I really needed a microwave but there was not one in the room. I had to wait for 3-4 hours before a room was available. We were celebrating 58 yesrs if marriage and brought our meals already prepared. Just needed to warm up but had to eat out more than anticipated. We met others at the same resort that paid significantly less than we paid for more than we did! It was very disappointing. The continental breakfast was very good. The staff was apologetic and very courteous!

At first we where there at 3pm for check in and rooms were not available. We got our room and we passed by other vandalized rooms. When we opened the door it looked like someone forced entry, there was spider webs on curtains with mosquitoes, when we firts opened the shower dirty water came out. There was no trash can. We did not feel safe so i never left my kids there alone, even though they are 19 and over.

Super close to Disney and a lot of restaurants, stores, souvenir shops, etc. Free shuttle to Disney. Free continental/cold breakfast. Quiet area. Very nice staff. Big pools, playground and arcade room. Spacious wardrobe, complimentary water bottles for the coffee machine.

The pictures online are far from what this place actually is. Blood stains on the carpet, bathroom light was flickering like a horror movie, dirt and dust accumulated from years of not cleaning properly. Switched my room to a different one and it was infested with roaches lol. I just left and bought a room at Hilton. Don’t let the price entice you. Spend a little more on a hotel that cares enough to clean and doesn’t advertise as a nice place to stay while actually looking like a crackhouse.
