Our rooms shower was very poor condition, barely any pressure and the shower head had a lot of blocked holes. Water was also either steaming hot or cold. Bathroom same issue with the pressure. Black out curtains were half hanging off not allowing for full Coverage.

Upon arrival we requested early check in which they could not accommodate but check-in included Margaritaville vibe rum punch. We spoke to Nana and she was great at the check-in desk. Pool was great. Was very clean and towel check in desk attendants were very friendly. Hotel felt very safe, the room is pretty small but didn't stay very long so it was fine. The resort was dead, I could not imagine being here in peak season, the outdoor tiki bar was slow on the $$$ drinks, I can't imagine how it would be when the hotel is busy. Live music at the pool was soo good and steel drums in the lobby really made it feel like a jimmy buffet place to relax. We'll visit again

The beds were really comfortable but quite tall. My wife could barely get up on the bed. The room was nice . AC worked great and the adjustable cieling fan was a great addition.
