It was an unpleasant check in. The guy that attended us wasn’t welcoming at all. He didn’t even give us complimentary margaritas. They even give the kids complimentary virgin margaritas. After check in a guy from the vacation rentals desk came up to us and offered us the margaritas and explained details on how the water park worked and how the hotel offers a shuttle etc. our stay included continental breakfast but the information the guy gave us at check in was wrong. The works at “provisions” have no idea how it works with how much allowance you have. They bill it to your room and then they deduct when you check out. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work so they bought us a new one. Nonetheless, an employee by the name of Jacob was very apologetic and removed the parking fee for the overall unpleasant experience. Oh, and he reactivated our card on check out day for us to be able to have breakfast. We enjoyed the H2O water park experience. The hotel has lots of events going on throughout the day to entertain families. No room service available and there is a restaurant inside the hotel but it is not family friendly.

beautiful, the only thing that i didn’t like it was the “cocktail “ at the salt bar in the pool, 18$ a mixer liquids. If you gona charge 18$ for a coctail, at least you have to do a reall one! not just put the juice and color.

The hotel as such has a very nice lobby, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, but in my opinion the mattresses are too hard, the first day of sleeping in it was terrible the turns I gave, the cleaning of the rooms did not seem very good because the dust could be seen wherever I wanted, the second day of being there I used the coffee maker and they came in to make the room and did not clean that area, the Check-in was good I arrived early and at 12 they were already calling me to give me the room, the continental breakfast I do not recommend to anyone that I bought the hotel 🏨 with that included because they do not have any variety nor in the cafes 🍵 other hotels have a very good breakfast buffet, I don't know what VIP Expedia refers to, I'm not understanding the diff
