We had ants everywhere, the room smelled like sewage, no one ever came to check it out. Ran out of TP. And then housekeeping walked into our room while my husband and I were having some alone time. She we were supposed to be checked out, but we still had 2 more days. I called down to the office and they just laughed. Asked for manager who offered a refund. Never got a refund for anyone. Very unprofessional staff. We wanted to love it!

It was an unpleasant check in. The guy that attended us wasn’t welcoming at all. He didn’t even give us complimentary margaritas. They even give the kids complimentary virgin margaritas. After check in a guy from the vacation rentals desk came up to us and offered us the margaritas and explained details on how the water park worked and how the hotel offers a shuttle etc. our stay included continental breakfast but the information the guy gave us at check in was wrong. The works at “provisions” have no idea how it works with how much allowance you have. They bill it to your room and then they deduct when you check out. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work so they bought us a new one. Nonetheless, an employee by the name of Jacob was very apologetic and removed the parking fee for the overall unpleasant experience. Oh, and he reactivated our card on check out day for us to be able to have breakfast. We enjoyed the H2O water park experience. The hotel has lots of events going on throughout the day to entertain families. No room service available and there is a restaurant inside the hotel but it is not family friendly.
