Our stay was ok, were there not during an holiday season. Our room was clean and I appreciate that. Our toilet seat was loose and the air conditioning vents were dripping from condensation. Mattresses were comfortable. I wish we had a better view other than the putting green. The pools were nice but had limited seating, chairs were being power washed mid day right at pool side. Noticeable cracks in the tiles in the hot tubs. Kids enjoyed kid pool. Plenty of towels. Food around property was ok, recommended going off the resort for your meals. Resort was average and would probably try another property the next time we visit.

From the moment you drive in, the Grande Vista is absolutely beautiful! The grounds are perfectly kept, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The staff were friendly, informative , helpful, and genuinely polite — truly making us feel at home. Our suite was fantastic — spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The beds were super comfortable, and any assistance we needed was literally just a quick text away. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway. Can’t wait to come back!
