The Wi-Fi was down for three days because of “upgrade issues.” Normally, that wouldn’t be a big deal, but it became a problem since at least two major cell carriers don’t get a signal inside the living spaces I stayed in. The staff and manager said it was being worked on, but there wasn’t much they could do besides apologize. It would have been nice if they offered something small, like a couple of drink vouchers, just to take the edge off after missing some important messages. (It’s certainly not a deal breaker when thinking about coming back or timeshares, but it is hard to forget.)
The living spaces are very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, and both maintenance and housekeeping stay on top of things. The property itself is well-kept with its beautiful landscaping. The atmosphere is both fun and relaxing.
I'm giving Marriott's Grande Vista a "good" rating, but if the one issue I mentioned wouldn't matter to you, then it might just be "excellent".
