We enjoyed our stay. Since they don’t light the building it can be a bit spooky at night… but to be honest it made me and my brother enjoy it even more. Very safe and pretty clean. Big rooms.

The staff was friendly and quiet. Our room was clean. Love that the pool and hot tub were open till 11pm. The hotel is an older hotel. Pictures are outdated. Definitely needs some TLC. The bed was low and when you lay in it, it dips in the middle and top. Your feet are higher then your head. Went to the store to buy better pillows. The TV had green lines through most of the channels. Everyone has there own experiences at hotels. Some families we talked to werent happy and some were while staying there.

Old beds and uncomfortable

Looks great on the pictures and pool area is nice. But rooms and floors are very old. Hotels needs an upgrade. Beds are super old. Woke up with a very bad body ache because of the uncomfortable bed.

Did not check reviews prior to stay so that was on me. We definitely got catfish based on Expe’s photos. We stayed here for one night. Going back at night and seeing how haunty it looks compared to how nice, well lit, and beautiful the hotel next door, Worldmark, was very Hotel California. We couldnt wait to leave.

We had a great experience at the monumental hotel in Orlando. Staff was great. Rooms were clean. They were easy to change our room when the shower wasn’t working great. It’s got a pool and hot tub. Plenty of parking spaces.

There were several items broken around the property including a sliding door and the fridge in my room. Staff were polite but curt, there was no welcome but it was all business. Room was clean, but loud. The air conditioning and my fridge were very noisy. Pool was nice and the parking was great.

1 star for the Amazing and Accommodative staff and 1 star for the bathroom water pressure and temperature. That’s it. This place is in DESPERATE need of a remodel. The floors are stained, the walls are cracked and peeling, and the hallways smell. If you want a place ONLY to sleep and shower after a long day at the parks, then this is the place for you because you won’t notice the place falling apart in the dark.

Health risk! I will not be coming back.

First I want to say I was catfish by there pictures and reviews. Those pictures had to be taken 10 to15 years ago. First walking in they had a broken door so it was open to outside everyday and night. Once I checked in the elevators gave it away with black grime in the corners and floor. My room wasn’t as bad as my friends that also stayed there that had a moldy smell but as I walked into my room there were 2 stains on the floor one was black the other was white. TV was old and about to go out as the screen had a greenish lines around the people on the screen. Corners in the bathroom again had grime and the paint on the ceiling was chipping. The vent in the bathroom looked black and gross. Lastly the pool canopies were all ripped up and the roof had dirt and mold clearly on top.

Uncomfortable stay

Hotel was run down, definitely needs a good cleaning and updated ceiling tiles and light fixtures, they are moldy, dirty and falling down. Our room smelled like mold or wet dog. The sconce in our room was loose and we could see the wiring. Our shower only ran HOT and the drain plug was not attached. Also, our shower had hair left from a prior guest. Lastly our tv was broken and we were never able to get ahold of hotel staff to fix any issues or change rooms. At check in the staff was not very friendly, check in is located across the hotel from parking so not convenient. They are behind a large plexiglass window so it is hard to hear them. When checking out the clerk was watching tv and did not notice us or hear us trying to get his attention so we sat there for a few minutes. It was just odd service overall. We did not expecting a 5 star hotel stay at the price, however we did expect a clean and functional room.

El hotel es demaciado viejo necesita remodelacion completa,las alfombraa sucias y despegadas del piso la regadera con fugas muchas cosas oxidadas no hay conecciones usb los filtros sucios,el aire acondionado hace mucho ruido,la liempieza la hacen cada dos dias los precios son bajos pero prefiero pagar un poco mas para una mejor estadía.
