This property was exactly as described. Very clean, helpful staff. I definitely think they need more staff at the coffee bar because that’s the only place to get breakfast and coffee. Additionally the free shuttle service to the park was great however, they only offer three in the morning. It would’ve been nice if that was offered at more times throughout the day.

The space was clean and welcoming! Check in was very easy and the resort has security on site which is a plus! You even need your key card to enter building where the rooms are. They have a game room and all facilities needed.

Great Unit and a convenient location

Unit was a very great rental. The only thing that we found lacking was that there is no garbage cans when we got there, however, the hotel staff took care of that right away! Break, conveniently located to universal theme, parks, and very close to numerous dining options. Would highly recommend this again.
