- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of $111 for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted.
- Mandatory security deposit fee is $250 for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted.
- Parking fee is $20for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. Guests get two cars free of charge. For any additional cars, the daily fee will apply.
- Minimum age check-in: Minimum age check-in is 21.
- No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
- No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

DURING YOUR STAY

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

- Resorts own and manage all units/amenities; unit assignments at check-in.

BEFORE YOUR STAY
