Had the best time visiting this resort in mid Aug! Rented the 4BR w/pool & game room! Family of 6 fit extremely well in the home! Home was super clean, well stocked, plenty of all toiletries, dry goods & linens. Kids LOVED the game room!!! The beds, OMG, so SO comfortable!! Like better than our $10k bed at home! Pools were super fun, so fun that we extended a day! Evening swims were awesome, music choice by management-well done!! Pool food was priced well for a resort, not overpriced at all IMO. And the food was actually good!! The burger- so good. Complex is super safe, we felt comfortable letting our kids (15yrs-6yrs) play on their own around the pool area while hubs and I laid out. We had the best time & already planning a trip back! Ty so much

We had a great stay in a 4 bd villa. the place was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our party of 6. the staff was very friendly, drinks at the pool bar were strong, the covered playground was a hit with the kids, the lazy river moved really slow (very lazy), water slides were fun!

This place was amazing ! The kids enjoyed the pool that was at the Villa and enjoyed the aqua bay even more. The food at aqua bay was really good as well. We will be returning !!

The Villa was amazing, showhome sta We stayed in August 2025 in a 4 bed Villa on Asterisk Avenue as a family of 5 (2 Adults and 3 children aged 10, 9 and 2.5). The Villa was amazing, showhome standard and spotlessly clean. It was well equipped with everything we needed such as cutlery, toaster, coffee machine ect. Overall we loved staying at the Villatel. The quality of the accommodation and location made it a tremendous experience. Little things you may not think about when booking which are excellent at Villatel: - Excellent high speed WiFi in all parts of The Villa and resort. - Modern TVs with all streaming services. - Modern immaculate Villas with loads of space - Newly built Villas with excellent insulation (both sound and temp) - Well equipped Villa with plenty of towels and cooking equipment.

The only thing that sucked was the price of food at the bar/pool area! How can you charge 6 bucks for a 20 oz of soda! But other than that it was beautiful! So clean and just overall amazing time

This proprtu has Villas!!!! Townhouses that were absolutely beautiful!!! 4 rooms and a pool. It had everything you needed. You name it they got it. Arcade room, laundry room, the kids room had 4 beds alone. Stunning cabinetry. 3 bathrooms. Another villa had a theater in it i believe. I recommend this spot to everyone. Gated community. Love love live it.

Villatel Orlando Resort offers affordable rates, which initially seemed great. However, they charge extra for nearly everything—for example, restocking amenities costs $40 per night, and the dish and hand soaps feel watered down. They also push heavily for prepaid services like pool heating and grill propane, which are very expensive. Unfortunately, our important dinner celebration was ruined because, despite prepaying for the grill propane in advance, it ran out in the middle of cooking. It took over two hours to get a refill, and we had to go to a restaurant to finish our BBQ. There was no apology from staff, which was very disappointing. While the price is budget-friendly, these extra charges and service issues impacted our stay.

We like the themed bedroom for our kids, lots of fun. WE wished we had a free standing bathtub like the 3 bedroom showcased. The safety around the pool and water slide area is great!

Only 1 restaurant and it was a bar restaurant onsite. Standard menu not alot of options. Hotel comfort was good. Did not access internet. Transportation was only for one park. Amenities was nothing what is portrayed online the website. I expected better.
