I was pretty mad when maid service tried to enter my room at 9am after a single knocked and didn’t wait just immediately try to enter. Meanwhile my husband and I were just getting out the shower naked. Other than that, room clean, property was nice

There was throw up on bathroom floor and back of door plus They said they were going to have a continental Buffay. It is not it’s with a serving and then they want to tip on top of it then also it says a shuttle to a park. They do not provide that either what they did was went off of everything at the old Hotel said, and not what they do and expedient which I’m going through that book to buy stuff not been helpful either.

I was not satisfied with the breakfast selection. I was served the same meal three mornings in a row. The website mentioned that there was a coffee machine available, but it was not present. Additionally, the hotel claimed to offer shuttles to the theme park, which they did not provide. This was very inconvenient for me, as I chose this hotel specifically for the shuttle service. As a result, I had to rely on Uber to get around.

Great family oriented hotel

Hotel seemed to be recently remodeled. Well laid out though narrow rooms. Responsive front desk and housekeeping staff. Closè to Universal. Worthwhile. Breakfast is served by waiters in dining room. It can get hectic and there are limited options. Staff is n̈ice, however.
