The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and if you’re going to the convention center it is right across the street. The only thing I did not appreciate is that the cost to park your car is $29.00 a day. I feel that is very expensive and ridiculous.

Friendly people clean comfortable rooms. Nice restaurant/Jacks. Could use better breakfast place I walked over there o B line restaurant at the Hyatt for breakfast/brunch. And had to go to store (CVS) to buy a phone charger , most hotels today have a place to plug in. You did not do had to buy plug to use regular wall outlet Parking you claim to have semi parking I even called to check was told yes, but 58$ a night/ hell no. Not only did I not see a place that could have safely park a truck , pay to park after paying 300+ to stay. Don’t seem right. Glad I took an Uber

It was very disappointing. I booked for a king room and then got two double beds Also they’re doing renovations. They did not mention on their website and all we heard was hammering all morning from 9 am-to 6pm very disappointed probably will never go back to that property again. If I’m gonna spend over $500 for a room, I deserve better and I’ve traveled a lot.

The hotel was under going renovations and there was ongoing work above my room from 8am-5PM. What sounded like jack hammering. Extremely loud. Totally understand hotels need to renovate, however would recommend not booking rooms in the vicinity or at the very least directly under.
