A king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the main floor for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Outside, you`ll find a south-facing pool and spa with no rear neighbors, offering a private space to enjoy Florida`s sunshine. The covered lanai and outdoor dining area are perfect for morning coffee, family meals, or relaxing by the pool.

For indoor entertainment, the games room includes a pool table and air hockey, while TVs throughout the home make it easy to unwind in the evenings.

SOLANA RESORT & LOCAL AREA
Solana is a wonderful gated resort located on the US 27, midway between the I-4 and the popular US 192. There are a number of resort facilities free to use for all guests and Disney theme parks are about 20 minutes drive away. Shops, groceries, restaurants, and bars can all be found along the nearby US 192.

Solana Resort offers guests free use of a wide range of amenities, including a clubhouse with fitness room and gym, spa, sundry shop, and concierge service, resort swimming pool and tiki bar, 18-hole mini golf course, sand volleyball court, soccer pitch and a children’s play area

For a hassle-free holiday, your property manager offers concierge services such as special decorations for birthdays or anniversaries, welcome packages, or pre-arrival grocery delivery. We look forward to creating an unforgettable `Elite Escape` for your holiday!

1. Guests are required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. It can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.
3. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.
4. Garbage Collection: All Trash/ recyclable must go in the bins provided. Trash/ recycling days are posted on the refrigerator.
5. Although a starter pack of essentials is provided, this will be a self-catering house.

-No pets are allowed
-The Guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older
-By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy excludes children under three years of age.
-Pools are used at guests’ own risk. Under 18’s must be accompanied at the pools. The safety fence (if installed) must be used at all times.
-Notify the property manager of any damage or incident to the property.
-No Parties or excess noise after 10 pm
