This stunning home is located on one of the best lots in the resort. Offering views of the lake and clubhouse from the front of the home, just a short walk away. No getting in the car with damp bathing suits from the community pool, enjoy a short walk in the sunshine. This 7 bedroom home is the larger 4,106 sq.ft Monaco 2 floor plan, giving more space than the 3,544 sq.ft Malibu 2 7 bed floor plan.

Outside the screened enclosure offers a private pool with a spillover spa to relax in. There is patio furniture such as a table with seating for 6 and 3 chairs around a fire pit, and also sun loungers for enjoying the Florida sunshine. There is also a large lanai for shade and a poolside half bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Spacious open-planned floor plan. The dining area has seating for 8. The breakfast bar also has 4 bar stools.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property has exterior security cameras.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Only preregistered vehicles will be allowed through the guard gate. Max of 4 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
