➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.

Just 15 minutes (around 10 miles) from Disney, you can easily spend your days enjoying the magic of the theme parks. When you're not visiting Disney, check out nearby golf courses, local shops, or dine at one of the many nearby restaurants.



With easy access to Orlando’s best spots, including Universal Studios and Downtown Orlando, this home is perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure.



Getting Around:

Car: Best for trips to Disney (15 mins) and local attractions.



Rideshare: Uber/Lyft are readily available in the area.



Public Transit: Limited options, but nearby bus routes can take you into Orlando.



Biking: Great for exploring the neighborhood or nearby parks.



Car Rental: Ideal for those planning to visit multiple Orlando attractions.



Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
