The home features three living areas, ensuring there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. As you enter the home, you are greeted by a bright formal living area. Passing through to the rear of the home is a relaxed family room overlooking the pool deck. There is comfortable sofa seating and a large screen TV with cable services. There is a further den loft area upstairs, perfect for the kids to have their own space.

The large kitchen area has an abundance of cupboard space and is fully equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is breakfast bar and kitchen dining table and chairs. Or why not enjoy a family meal at the formal dining area?

This home has a larger than average pool area with freeform swimming pool and hot tub. The outdoor space is very private due to surrounding planting, but also has a delightful view over an open grass area. There is a patio table and chairs as well as loungers, ensuring you can comfortably spend a full day enjoying the pool and Florida sunshine. Pool heating available at an additional cost.

There is one master bedroom downstairs which features a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. The other master bedroom, also with a kingsize bed, is located upstairs and is a luxuriously oversized suite. There is a large walk-in closet plus ensuite bathroom boasting double sinks, walk-in shower together with bathtub. There are two twin rooms that the children will love and further bedroom with queen size bed, also with an ensuite bathroom.

There are hours of fun to be had in the games room which includes a pool table and ping pong!

High speed internet is included. Towels and linen are supplied together with a washer and dryer for guest use.

Windwood Bay is a quiet and peaceful community just minutes from Interstate 4. There is a large Publix supermarket nearby at Champions Gate along with a wide choice of restaurants and takeouts. Just two miles away is the Posner Park shopping area. Windwood Bay is well-located for Disney (19 mins), Universal (25 mins), Sea World (21 mins). A great place to explore all Central Florida has to offer.
