On the first floor, you have the option of 2 En-Suites, providing stair-free access - ideal for guests with limited mobility. The primary en-suite offers its exclusive entrance to the lanai and pool area.

Ascending to the second floor, you'll encounter 6 bedrooms. Four are outfitted with lavish king-size 14" mattresses (UK Super King). The remaining two, the Surf & Koi bedrooms, offer twin-over-full bunk beds. The Surf bedroom also includes a twin trundle, making it suitable for accommodating up to 4.

Each bunk bedroom enjoys a shared en-suite with one of the king bedrooms, offering both convenience & comfort for all. Additionally, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination is thoughtfully located on the second floor, right next to the movie theater.
