Nice location for visiting Disney. Breakfast is better than average for these 2 and 3 star hotel freebies. Price was good, so you can argue, you get what you pay for. But the hotel is closer to 2 star than 3 star. The rooms are a bit run down. We had a 2 bedroom unit. When we arrived there was a bad smell in the unit. We talked to the front desk and found there was no other 2 bedroom units available. We stayed and hoped the smell would be gone by the next day, but it wasn't. The manager apologized and offered us $25 in IHG points..... Which is pretty poor.

Wont ever book

the place was ok, front desk lady overaged me then tried to make it seem as if she didn't, I asked to speak to a manager he was a rude man when approached about the issue he gave attitude when asked I wanted a receipt that showed my money will be returned. the room was clean but the bathroom tub was stained the pool needs better maintaince . breakfast was not the best is like eating at a cheap ihop I wouldn recommened this place

First, that staff was super friendly and helpful. The property itself is on the low to no maintenance program. The pictures are extremely photo shopped. It is run down, majority of the property needs major renovation. The attention to detail from caulking to painting is slapped together. The outdoor area needs a good pressure washing. It is not what we expected at all and will not be back. The layout of the 2 bedroom suite was convenient for our family of 6.

I felt like I slept in an ashtray all night. The smell was AWFUL. The sheets smelled smoky, the towels, and the room smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke. I HATE cigarette smoke and I would have insisted on being moved but we were so tired and there was a line at the front desk. The front desk staff didn’t have anyone to help her with the phones so she had to check people in and answer the phones. Also the elevator near our room was broken and we weren’t told about it. We didn’t use the pool or game room bc we were only there for a night. The buffet breakfast was good. They had the best orange juice!
