Our first time staying here . I decided on this hotel because it said it was a few minutes walk from SeaWorld. Turns out its 30 minute walk, my fault for not checking on map's. When we came we ware greeted by a very nice guy at front desk. Room was spacious and clean except for the smell of a room. Smelled like a smoking room and we really didn't like that. Tried telling front desk, someone was supposed to come look at it .Nothing came from me telling a few people about it. I reserved a room with pull out sofa-bed and they didn't have any available when we came in. I didn't appreciate that since I reserved a room like that and except to get room I reserved. Front desk said it was first come first serve which doesn't make sense since I want room I reserved. They did bring up pull up bed .Breakfast was good .It's supposed to be until 10 but they start cleaning and taking food away at 9 so not really 10. Overall not bad my biggest thing was with how room smelled and even after a few times me mentioning it to different people we were not offered to move to a different room.

Location was perfect with several dining options within walking distance and even a cvs store, Very well maintained facility friendly and accommodating staff in every area. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from, room was very spacious, clean and provided all the necessities needed for my disabled mother. My family and i had a great time and will definitely return to this location. We loved it.

The property was beautiful and convenient because we went to Sea World and Aquatica and they not only was located very close to both but also provided shuttle to both parks! The rooms were very nice and clean and even had a stove in there.

Across the street from Sea world. Many restaurants in walkable distance as well as a Starbucks. Breakfast had many options. Hot food was a little cold. Housekeeping staff was always friendly. Front desk so-so. We had to switch rooms because of AC not working 😕 bar at pool was good but inconsistent. They would close whenever they felt like it, no stable hours.
