Sleeping Arrangements

Downstairs the master bedroom offers a king‑size bed, perfect for two guests. Upstairs you’ll find a second master bedroom with a queen‑size bed, plus two themed children’s rooms—Mickey’s and Harry Potter’s—each equipped with two twin beds. The twin rooms share a full‑size bathroom, providing convenient privacy for families.



Living Space

The open‑plan living room comfortably accommodates the whole group, with a large sofa and a TV for relaxed evenings. Adjacent to the living area, a small patio provides outdoor seating for two, ideal for a morning coffee or an evening breeze.



Kitchen & Dining

A full kitchen boasts stainless‑steel appliances, coffee and tea supplies, and everything needed for simple meals. A breakfast nook in the kitchen and a spacious indoor dining area make it easy to share meals together. A free washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Step outside to the Regal Palm Resort & Spa’s amenity center. A pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice cream shop keep guests entertained day and night. Access to the clubhouse adds extra space for gatherings.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars. IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
