Easy access to shops, restaurants, and world class golf. Solterra Resort is a secure gated community only moments from the magic but far enough to experience peace from the busy tourist district.

There is a further family bathroom on this level with a bath with shower, sink and toilet.Please note. Some of our homes may be furnihed with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.

There will be an access fee for utilizing the clubhouse facilities. The access fee will be a single charge per stay and will be as follows:

For groups of up to 12 guests: $35 For groups of 13 or more guests: $45

To facilitate this, we kindly request that you use credit cards or debit cards for payment; unfortunately, cash will not be accepted for this transaction. Additionally, to ensure a seamless check-in process for all guests arriving at the community, we kindly ask that you have the following information readily available:

The rental property address. Check in and check out date and Number of guests. Identification that matches the reservation name. License plate information for the primary vehicle.
