I was worried about checking in after reading all the reviews but it was a breeze. Didn't have any issues and staff was friend and available to assist. Rooms were clean but very small. I had family with me during this trip so we had connecting rooms and it was nice to oepn it up to make it feel bigger.

When I come back to Osaka I will definitely be staying back here. The rooms were clean and the whole hotel had so many amenities. The laundry was quick and the 7-11 in the hotel was top notch.

The room was very basic but clean and efficient. The elevators were definitely undersized and insufficient for a 40-story building and I ended up waiting 10-15 minutes for a cab with many people pressing both the up and down buttons to get on a car and taking a ride in the opposite direction just to get on a cab.

The rooms were a little bit smaller than I would’ve liked, but overall it was not too bad. The elevators were really, really busy most of the time so it was kind of hard to get to your floor. We weren’t able to go to the swimming pool because it was closed and it was also an additional cost when most places it’s usually included. They didn’t have an Onsen that you could go onto if you did have tattoos or if they were small enough to get covered up, but for someone like myself, I have a ton of tattoos and they were not able to be covered. if they had something for tattoo friendly that would’ve been really nice.

This APA is the same as many others in Japan. Storage under the bed, nice onsen and full 7-11 on 4th floor open 24 hours. Only complaint is that the building is so big and so many guests that check out and luggage storage causes major waiting for elevators.

This hotel was nice especially if your someone on a budget or hotel hopping in different cities. The rooms actually weren’t as small as I thought for me and my mom and we didn’t even need to put the luggage under the bed. Hotel was clean and very convenient. The beds were uncomfortable, especially the pillows it literally was nothing

The room was very clean and the amenities the hotel had were plenty. My only complaint is the elevators although there were six per top and bottom halves of the hotel. During high traffic times the wait time was too much
