This hotel is advertised as a tourism hotel but it is located in an office tower. You have to take an elevator to get to the lobby and usually is very crowded. You have to make queues to get down from the lobby and lobby is packed with people. The "lounge" is actually located in the same level as the lobby so it is nothing private, for checking we had to make queues all the time and there is no concierge clearly available to get directions, etc. so you have to make a queue each time you need to ask something. At last minute I extended my stay one more night since our flight was late, it took a lot of time to make them understand what I was doing and they charged me again the city tax since it was a new reservation (for the1 day extension....not big money but I felt it was very unpolite). The room cleaning is very basic, for instance I left some used tea jars in the room and when I got back the bed was made bu the jars were not cleaned, they then say that on the TV they explain this and is their "eco friendly policy" which I still can not understand. The onzen on the top floor has some nice views but it was all the time packed with people. In summary I do not recommend this hotel and will not return, for a one night stay it might be OK but for a holiday or long stay business trip there are much better options in Osaka.
