The staff did a great job in accommodating us when there was an electrical issue with the hotel. However, this means that we could not book in until 7 pm without any compensation. The lobby looks lovely, and the check in processs was also nice. This is where it stops being nice. The rooms are not well kept, the wallpaper is peeling, the walls have a lot of dirt and scuff throughout the room and the main shared areas. The doors and walls are not soundproof, and you can easily hear every sound near you or in the hallway. Due to the electrical issue, the staff still had to do the cleaning that day, and this was at 9.30 pm at night. We heard the vacuum going for an hour and then them going into the spare rooms and cleaning them. We had to get new towels for our room due to the hand towels being stained. I would not be coming back to this hotel due to the experience I had here.

I had to spend nearly 2000 yen on two loads of laundry. The rooms were not soundproofed as advertised. The pillows weren't great and the rooms were very small. Staff was good and extending stay an extra day was pretty easy. The location was great but loud at night

位置好，房間大小足夠2件行李全開，櫃檯人員及早餐服務人員都很友善；不知道為什麼房間門都要感應到第三次才會開，住低樓層可能因為玻璃隔音不好，外面小巷子在喝酒的喧嘩聲相當清楚，但是不會聽到隔壁的聲音；整體上是推薦，但是建議淺眠的人要帶耳塞

住的是高級雙床房，房間整體算整潔，在門口有可掛衣服的位置，可打開2個26吋的箱子，要注意沒有一次性鬚刨，浴帽，梳子，沒有綠茶包供應，但其他公用設施齊全，職員態度友善，位置在難波站與日本橋站之間，出口B20與B22中間有商場扶手電梯到地面，約行3分鐘到酒店。

Otelin konumu gerçekten çok iyi, her yere kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Kahvaltı lezzetliydi ve hem Avrupa hem de Japon mutfağından seçenekler sunulması hoşumuza gitti. Genel olarak otel düzenliydi, ancak zeminde ve banyodaki panjur kapıda biraz toz fark ettik. Bunun dışında konaklamamız rahattı ve oteli genel olarak tavsiye edebiliriz.

酒店前面不遠處已有入口落地下街通往難波站，亦可用隔離波子機樓的電梯上落，超方便，我是訂最平的房，窗戶是對著鄰廈很近的，所以全貼上了磨砂貼，好在我要求高樓層，那白天比較光亮，不會天天清潔房間的，我入住三晚都沒有，這價錢很合理，不是投訴，房間夠大很好用，晚上很靜，熱水夠力夠熱，冷暖氣也很靜，樓下已有Family Mart同拉麵店。

酒店只是第三次轉名，沒有做過翻新工程，房間牆壁有點舊，但影響不大。Check in時發生一點小錯誤，網上預付了三晚房間，不知為何酒店職員誤認為兩晚，原本已在入住當天更正，結果入住兩晚後，第三天早上職員又再次錯誤地致電到房間，提示我們遲了check out..酒店電腦系統有點混亂。房間只提供牙刷、拖鞋、毛巾，如需要其他用品，需要自行到櫃檯向職員領取，非常環保。唯獨房間浴室有異味，要求轉另一房間後問題便解決了，唯獨入住兩晚後，洗手間的異味又再次出現…床單被鋪有點污跡，感覺不太良好，但床褥枕頭也很舒適。另外，酒店地理位置非常方便。

お値段がとても安かったので選びました。 日本人には通じる話が海外のスタッフさんだと全く通じないことがありますがこちらのスタッフさんはカタコトの日本語ではありましたがとても心地の良い応対をして下さいました。 徒歩5分以内の範囲に飲み屋さんが沢山あって雰囲気もよくとても楽しく過ごせました。 宿泊したお部屋はシャワーのみだったのと洗面所、御手洗、脱衣所が一緒になっている仕様で日本人から見ると少し異様に見えましたが全体的には綺麗で良かったです。 また大阪旅行の際には利用させていただきます！

職員熱情有禮。但房間的沐浴間冇衣架放衣服，沖涼時要先在沐浴間外脫衣服先入內沖涼，而脫衣服位置冇遮擋。

前のアゴーラプレイス難波の際にも定宿としておりました。なんばウォーク、道頓堀など使える施設が多く便利です。 ホテル内は、周りの喧騒がどこに行ったのというくらい静かで快適！
